We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining electrical compliance, supporting engineers, overseeing inspection and testing, and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for quality, compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the company’s NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and NICEIC requirements.
- Review, inspect and approve electrical certification and associated documentation.
- Carry out site inspections, audits and quality assessments across live projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, supervisors and site teams.
- Oversee inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations.
- Liaise with clients, NICEIC representatives and external auditors.
- Promote best practice, safety and high standards of workmanship across all projects.
About You
- Previous experience as a NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor or similar electrical compliance role.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
