About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller / Coordinator to support multiple live construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document control across at least four construction or development schemes, with a solid understanding of site-based and head office documentation processes. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain project documentation across multiple sites * Ensure all documents are correctly filed, distributed, and archived * Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure document compliance * Maintain drawing registers and issue logs * Support project teams with document formatting, templates, and version control * Use document control systems such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, or similar Requirements: * Proven experience as a Document Controller on at least four construction or development projects * Strong understanding of document control processes and systems * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management platforms * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
