We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator / Administrator to join our team in Great Blakenham on a temporary basis with an immediate start. Working within a busy new build developer environment, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and coordinating administrative support to homeowners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for homeowner enquiries and customer service requests
- Coordinate and manage aftercare issues and defect reporting
- Schedule appointments and liaise with subcontractors and site teams
