We are working with a well-established housing developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Customer Care Technician to cover new build housing sites across Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with strong customer service skills and proven experience in new build housing to join a growing and reputable developer on a permanent basis.
The Role:
- Attending and resolving customer care defects within occupied properties
- Carrying out multi-trade repairs and maintenance to a high standard
- Diagnosing issues and completing works efficiently and professionally
- Liaising with the customer care team and site teams
- Maintaining accurate records of works completed
- Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
About You:
- Proven experience working in new build housing is essential
- Strong multi-trade background (e.g. carpentry, patch plastering, basic plumbing, decorating)
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
