About the Role:

As a Customer Care Operative, you'll be the friendly, skilled face of our aftercare service—ensuring any post-completion issues are resolved swiftly and to the highest standard. You'll visit new homeowners to carry out minor repairs, touch-ups, and snagging, providing reassurance and maintaining our reputation for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer care issues in new build homes
  • Complete minor repairs including carpentry, joinery, and general finishing tasks
  • Liaise with site managers, contractors, and customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all works completed
