Are you passionate about delivering a five-star customer experience? Our client, a prestigious 5-star-rated housebuilder, is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to oversee their Eastern Region, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional Customer Care team to deliver outstanding after-sales service.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics (NHBC, internal KPIs).
  • Liaise with internal departments and contractors to ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Continuously improve the customer journey, identifying areas for innovation and enhancement.

  • Proven experience in a customer care management role, ideally within residential development or construction.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Calm under pressure, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
