Customer Care Coordinator (Senior Opportunity Available) Location: Leicester (Hybrid – 1 day WFH after probation) Hours: Monday – Friday Are you an experienced Customer Care professional within the housebuilding sector? You’ll: * Oversee and manage customer queries, ensuring swift resolutions * Coordinate remedial works with contractors, site teams, and trades * Support and mentor junior coordinators, offering guidance and best practice * Monitor and report on customer care performance, spotting trends and areas for improvement * Work closely with senior management to maintain and enhance the company’s 5-star rating * Handle escalated issues with professionalism and empathy About you: * Previous experience in a Customer Care role within housebuilding or housing association is essential * Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills * Proven ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism * Confident using systems and managing multiple cases simultaneously * A team player who can also take initiative and lead by example
