Freelance Site Manager – £350-£400 CIS per day Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until January We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-value fit-out project. The scheme will involve both CAT A and CAT B works, delivering classrooms and laboratory spaces. The project scope includes: Curtain walling to one elevation Replacement of windows High-quality internal fit-out Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality and H&S standards are met Acting as the main client-facing representative on site Reporting progress and ensuring deadlines are achieved Requirements: Proven experience delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-outs Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to manage and drive programmes to completion Previous experience working on education or laboratory schemes desirable If you are available to start immediately and have the right experience, please get in touch today
