5 Days site Based

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a leading construction project team, working closely with the Project Director and site teams to ensure all administration needs are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices/purchase orders (e.g., in SAP)
  • Maintaining records
  • Tracking timesheets
  • Ordering materials/PPE
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Acting as a central liaison between site teams, contractors, and external suppliers
  • Taking on multiple duties within PA duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrator within construction
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident working in a site-based environment
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with site teams
