We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a leading construction project team, working closely with the Project Director and site teams to ensure all administration needs are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices/purchase orders (e.g., in SAP)
- Maintaining records
- Tracking timesheets
- Ordering materials/PPE
- Coordinating meetings
- Acting as a central liaison between site teams, contractors, and external suppliers
- Taking on multiple duties within PA duties
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrator within construction
