Experienced Project Lead required for a refurbishment project within a Grade II listed university building in Cambridge. Works are being delivered within a live library environment as part of a prestigious college campus.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment or fit out projects
- Listed building / heritage project experience preferred
- Strong client-facing and coordination skills
- Experience working with professional teams and consultants
- Able to manage programme, subcontractors, and site logistics within a live environment
- Organised, proactive, and technically competent
