Location: Job Summary: The Building Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services on construction projects. They ensure the design, installation, commissioning, and handover of building services meet the project requirements, adhere to regulations, and align with the main contractor's quality standards, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: * Lead and coordinate the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems. * Develop and manage MEP project plans and ensure integration with the overall construction program. * Act as the main point of contact for MEP subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. * Monitor and report on progress, addressing delays or issues proactively.
