We are seeking an experienced and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have previous experience within the new homes industry and be confident managing the day-to-day operation of a sales office independently. The role will involve guiding customers through the full purchasing journey, from initial enquiry and reservation through to legal completion, while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the sales office and maintaining high presentation standards at all times
- Conducting site and show home tours for prospective purchasers
- Generating and following up leads from a variety of marketing channels
- Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and estate agents
- Progressing sales to exchange and completion within company timescales
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and internal databases
- Producing weekly sales reports and updating management on customer feedback and market activity
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, events and launches to drive sales performance
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Delivering excellent aftercare support and customer service throughout the buying process
Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience in new homes sales or a similar property sales environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems
- Professional, well presented and customer focused approach
- Flexible to travel between developments when required
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport essential
Working Hours
Thursday to Monday, including weekends.
