Your day to day will include:
- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors.
- Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval.
- Configuration and preparation of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards.
- Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team.
