We are seeking an outstanding Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be chiefly responsible for providing in-depth sales demonstrations of CSC's Entity Management solution to prospects and existing clients. Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and support to Sales (e.g., pricing, responding to client inquiries, drafting RFI and RFP responses).
- Understanding client needs and mapping them to product capabilities.
- Communicating CSC's distinctive value proposition.
- Qualifying prospects and analyzing client data prior to scheduled meetings.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of how clients use CSC solutions.
- Providing revenue and pipeline reports to Management and Senior Management.
- Drafting responses to RFPs/RFIs and client questions.
- Developing training materials, including user guides and video recordings.
Required profile:
- Excellent presentation skills and sales acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication ability.
- Ability to troubleshoot client issues.
- Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and a self-starter.
