b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the administration, architecture, and governance of our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment. You’ll design and support secure, scalable sites and business solutions, collaborating with product owners and IT to improve productivity and collaboration. You will drive automation, migrations, and platform improvements to standardize information management. This position offers impact across governance, security, and enterprise collaboration in a client-focused organization. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li annual leave /li li tuition reimbursement /li li referral bonuses /li li success sharing/bonus plans /li li hybrid or remote work options /li li comprehensive benefits package /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Administer and architect SharePoint Online environments /li li Define and maintain information architecture, site structure, and governance /li li Manage permissions, sharing, storage, lifecycle controls, and site lifecycle hygiene /li li Monitor service health, usage, and performance; recommend improvements /li li Design modern SharePoint sites, templates, and automation to improve delivery speed /li li Develop Power Apps for forms and processes; build Power Automate flows /li li Implement secure access models and ensure regulatory compliance /li li Plan and deliver SharePoint migrations; provide post-migration support /li li Provide operational support, runbooks, and knowledge articles; enable self-service and training /li li Maintain awareness of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Power Platform developments /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5+ years of SharePoint Online administration/engineering experience /li li Proficient in SharePoint Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center /li li Experience with governance, security, and lifecycle management of SharePoint /li li Experience designing and supporting modern SharePoint Online sites and solutions /li li Hands-on with Power Apps and Power Automate; good UX and security /li li PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, and automation for tenant administration /li li Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, Dataverse, SQL /li li Git and Azure DevOps for source control and release management /li li Experience with SharePoint Framework, TypeScript, React, Node.js (desirable) /li li Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; relevant Microsoft certifications desirable /li /ul ul li strong stakeholder management /li li excellent written and verbal communication /li li attention to detail /li li SharePoint Online administration /li li SharePoint architecture and information management /li li Power Apps /li /ul
