- Oversee statutory and governance deliverables, including the preparation/review of returns, approvals, resolutions, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Chair or support client meetings; produce/review agendas, minutes, resolutions, and associated administration within agreed timeframes.
- Act as a technical reference point within the team (real estate structures, corporate governance, and Jersey regulatory expectations), sharing knowledge and coaching colleagues.
- Support the Associate Director/Director with team leadership activities including mentoring, performance support, resourcing, onboarding, training, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Manage workflow planning and prioritisation across the team; monitor progress and escalate risks or capacity issues to senior management as needed.
- Partner with colleagues on client take-on and ongoing reviews, ensuring due diligence and periodic review requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Contribute to financial management of the portfolio/team, including time recording quality, WIP awareness, fee quotes, and supporting billing processes.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities within existing relationships and contributing to agreed annual new-income targets.
Required Qualification

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging with demanding clients and intermediaries.
- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess options and recommend practical, compliant solutions.
