Our SPV Management UK / Global Financial Services department is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our expanding team, working in a fast-paced and international environment.
Management Processes
- In collaboration with SPV Management UK senior leaders, manage service delivery and assist with relationship management with a hyper focus on top 25 clients.
- Manage bank account opening requirements and record the administrative process of compliance under the CSC introducer agreement with Barclays Bank.
- Manage and record the administrative process from prospective client introduction to ‘business as usual’ stage in applications such as KYCP, ViewPoint, SAP, Entity Management System, Diligent, CCH, Pythagoras and Laserfiche.
- Manage compliance with KYC requirements in the ‘business as usual’ stage and collaborate closely with the File Review Team and the KYCP / Onboarding team.
- Accountable for maintaining accurate SAP data and overseeing client invoicing to ensure appropriate chargeability and accurate, timely invoicing.
- Oversee the business unit’s debtor management in coordination with the Debtors team and servicing teams.
- Liaising with colleagues and Global Account Managers in other jurisdictions regarding mutual group clients.
- Support the SPV Management UK senior leadership team in the preparation and delivery of reporting on projects, business pipeline, compliance matters, and financial performance against key business KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Company Secretarial and Head of Accounting to allocate new client portfolios effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery and appropriate resource allocation.
People Management
- Manage the business unit’s Administrative Support Specialist, whose main responsibility is handling incoming post for client entities and administrative support for the teams.
- Support the SPV Management senior leadership team in the implementation and ongoing management of the ‘One Team’ operating model.
- Participate in recruitment and interview processes for the business unit.
Project Management
- Accountable for ad-hoc projects as may be required, such as the annual client survey, IT and software projects and internal reorganisations.
- Support business unit directors with the oversight of non-UK entity services, such as Directorships for CSC Channel Islands and GSM services.
- Manage service delivery of Register of Overseas Entities registration and Process Agent services, including invoicing.

- 5+ years’ relevant working experience, CSC working experience is an advantage.
