We specialise in the manufacture and installation of curtain walling, windows & doors. Our projects vary in value from £50k to £2 million. Proud of our reputation, we are looking to recruit an experienced Projects Manager, ideally from our sector, seeking a new opportunity and challenge.
CSA Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join a highly respected company. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing projects in the architectural building industry, with extensive knowledge of manufacturing and installing sophisticated curtain walling and structural glass assembly.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can identify vulnerabilities and obstacles quickly, and create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and control the installation project from start to finish with experienced subcontract installers on site.
- Ensure installation meets quality standards, is delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
- Manage project schedules and track progress against objectives.
- Develop and manage effective project plans and schedules.
- Create a project timeline.
- Manage resources such as personnel and time, including daily diaries, plant and labour returns, health and safety files/records, and publish weekly progress reports.
Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday, 07:30am – 4:30pm; Friday, 07:30am – 1:30pm
Rate of pay: Dependent on experience.
