We are looking for experienced Trimmers and Butchers to work for one of our clients. We are helping with relocation and also transport to work.

- Trimmers: £13.82 per hour (after passing the test)
- Butchers: £15.10 per hour (after passing the test)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm (2 x 30 minutes breaks)
Working as part of a team in the factory, your duties may include a mixture of boning, cutting, general butchery work, trimming operations and other general factory associated duties. Whilst undertaking this role you must ensure you comply with food safety, legality, quality and:
- Cut, trim and prepare meat cuts to specific meat and industry specifications at the appropriate production speeds.
- Ensure that sliced, chopped and jointed cuts of meat are in the correct containers and are properly sealed with the correct vacuum and gas settings.
- Prepare meat for storage in line with stock rotation, required temperatures, traceability standards and correct product dressing.
- Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
- Work in other roles which would not normally be in your charge in order to ensure that all departments are covered for holidays, absences and busy periods.
- Needs to be able to communicate in English for health and safety reasons.
