Overview

An exciting job opportunity for a motivated Support Worker in an exceptional care home in the Ditchingham, Bungay area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This care home provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
  • Assist with daily tasks, including personal care such as supporting with personal hygiene, as well as days out and companionship
  • Encourage independence, well-being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
  • Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

Salary and benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.60 per hour and an annual salary of £23,587.20 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role for 36 hours a week on days. Benefits include:
