Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to provide high-quality care, enabling residents to live their lives well.
- Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that support health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain clear and accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Works well as part of a team and takes initiative.

Salary and Contract:
