A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Weymouth, Dorset area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.

Requirements

  • To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Key Duties

  • Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
  • Encourage independence, well-being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an hourly rate of £13.45 and an annual salary of £25,178.40 per annum. This permanent full-time position is 36 hours a week, with both day and night shifts available. The following benefits are offered:
