A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in the Ballymena, Northern Ireland area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers. This care home offers nursing care for people with complex medical needs, as well as nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long‑term medical conditions. To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key responsibilities:

  • To ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, caring and stimulating environment, whilst increasing profitability and developing brand awareness through occupancy and fee rate growth.
  • Overall responsibility for all services and levels of service, provided to the residents through well trained, competent, motivated and excited employees.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered Manager.
  • Act as an ambassador to represent the heart and face of the home to key decision‑makers building a sound reputation within the local community and ensuring yours is the local “home of choice” and working towards excellence.
  • Work with the Operations Manager and wider operational support team to drive sales, margin growth and new service development to deliver consistently positive home performance measured against agreed KPIs.

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full‑time role working through Day Shifts.
