Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services in alignment with professional and hospital standards
- Promote responsible prescribing practices and optimize clinical outcomes
- Offer expertise and guidance to medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff
- Lead clinical audit projects and contribute to budget management
- Provide professional, managerial, and clinical leadership to pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Attend relevant meetings and participate in rota schedules
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
- Experience in palliative care and multidisciplinary communication
- Proficiency in policy development, report writing, and complex data analysis
- Strong clinical, dispensing, and checking abilities
- Familiarity with medication counseling and drug cost management
- Previous experience in managing and motivating staff effectively
