An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Service Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This modern, high-quality care home is located in a quiet residential area of Shoreham-by-Sea and provides a wide range of care services for people with both short- and long-term needs, including those living with dementia or physical disabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified as a Nurse with an active NMC Pin and previous experience managing a large care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise authentic leadership, role modelling, and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care.
  • Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the Service with 24‑hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users.
  • Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy.
  • Provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users.
  • Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times, in particular CQC registration and inspection of nursing homes and NMC guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards and a proven record of working towards achieving Outstanding.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain working relationships at all levels, including internal and external professionals, families, and visitors.
  • Proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful or outstanding rated care home.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person‑centred care.
  • Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £67,772 per annum.
  • Employment: Permanent full‑time role for 37.5 hours per week on days.
