An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Senior Support Worker to work in an exceptional home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

Key Duties

  • Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents
  • Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
  • Contribute to care planning and coach support workers
  • Take an active professional role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiries
  • Participate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation
  • Be responsible for making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care
  • Be responsible for administrating medication to the residents in accordance with policies and procedures

Qualifications

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

Salary: £14.00 per hour / £26,208 per annum. This permanent full-time role is 36 hours a week on a mix of shifts.
