A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in a brand new state of the art care home in the Holt, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. The latest flagship nursing home in historic Holt is the embodiment of elegance and luxury living, combining superb facilities. We are proud to offer residential, dementia, respite and nursing care in a beautiful and well-designed setting.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

As a Support Worker your key duties include:

  • Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
  • Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
  • Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for this position:

  • Have a genuine desire to care for others.
  • A good team player.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to show a can-do attitude always.

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £13.75 per hour and the annual salary of £25,740 per annum.
