An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Adult Care Worker to work in a medium‑sized care home based in Norfolk. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. Situated in historic Norfolk, this flagship medium‑sized nursing home combines elegance, luxury living, and outstanding facilities. We provide residential, dementia, respite, and nursing care in a beautifully designed setting that promotes comfort, wellbeing, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well‑being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
- Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene to days out and companionship.
- Encourage independence, well‑being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
- Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. The successful Adult Care Worker will receive an excellent salary of £14.75 – £15.00 per hour, with an annual salary of £28,080 per annum. Pay is monthly. This is a permanent full‑time role of 36 hours a week on day shifts.
