An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Belfast, Northern Ireland area. The well-established care home provides nursing care for individuals with complex medical needs, along with respite care to give family members or friends a much-needed break.
Qualifications
- To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records while incorporating the use of modern technology.
- Oversee all aspects of medication management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Make decisions in a timely manner and provide guidance and support to all team members.
- Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
