A growing, well-established professional services organisation is seeking a Head of UK Entity Management to lead its UK company secretarial and governance offering. About the Role
You will lead the UK entity management division, overseeing the delivery of high-quality governance and company secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This client-facing leadership role blends strategic impact, technical expertise, team development, and business growth.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll help define and deliver the strategy for the wider governance services business while building strong relationships across clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight on high-profile client engagements
- Lead and develop a UK team of 20–25 governance specialists
- Drive new business initiatives, build relationships, and convert opportunities
