My client — a leading, globally recognised exchange — is hiring a Listings & Compliance Manager to join its regulatory team based in Bermuda. The role is based in Bermuda so will involve an International Relocation which the company will support.

📌 What you’ll do

• Lead the end‑to‑end listings process for new securities
• Review prospectuses & offering documents for regulatory compliance
• Liaise with sponsors, legal advisors, regulators & senior execs
• Oversee listings data, issuer announcements & ongoing compliance
• Help shape listing regulations & streamline processes

🎓 What you bring

• Degree in Business, Law, Accountancy, Finance — or professional designation (e.g., Lawyer, Accountant, CFA)
• 3+ years in listings, compliance, regulatory, capital markets or advisory
• Strong document review experience + excellent judgement & detail
• Team leadership experience (advantage)
