A growing, well-established professional services organisation is seeking a Head of UK Entity Management to lead its UK company secretarial and governance offering. About the Role
You will lead the UK entity management division, overseeing the delivery of high-quality governance and company secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This client-facing leadership role blends strategic impact, technical expertise, team development, and business growth. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll help define and deliver the strategy for the wider governance services business while building strong relationships across clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic oversight on high-profile client engagements
- Lead and develop a UK team of 20–25 governance specialists
- Drive new business initiatives, build relationships, and convert opportunities
- Support the evolution of governance technology and processes
- Maintain departmental budgets, P&L metrics, and resource planning
