A large International Law firm are looking for a Corporate Company Secretary to join their expanding Dublin office. They are ideally looking for candidates with three years Company Secretarial experience upwards, coming from a Corporate background.
The expectation will be that the candidate will look to build out a Company Secretarial team over time, but the focus initially will be on the management of a portfolio of Corporate clients.
The company are happy to offer very flexible working conditions and there is also competitive remuneration and benefits on offer with the position. The role is based in Dublin but they are happy to look at candidates residing in Northern Ireland with minimal office attendance in Dublin.
