Job Description
A global Law firm are looking for a Company Secretary to join their team to provide Company Secretarial support to some of their International offices.
The candidate will need to be residing in Northern Ireland, but the role is being offered on a fully remote basis, and they will be fully supported by the business.
They are ideally looking for candidates with two to three years Company Secretarial experience, who are part qualified or fully qualified Governance professionals.
