We are expanding our team and we\’d love you to join us as one of our new 7.5T Vehicle Recovery Drivers.

Our Driver Training Academy

You\’ll join our Academy where we\’ll work with you and support you to train for your further driving licences so you can drive larger vehicles:

• C1+E – 7.5 Tonne & Trailer
• C – LGV2 (Rigid)
• C+E – LGV1

Your base will be from home covering breakdowns and vehicle recovery across London and the Home Counties.

Night OR Day Shifts available

On Target Earnings: £3,800+ per month

Your new driver role:

• You\’ll be a welcome face to those stuck by the side of the road. You\’ll be recovering vehicles that have broken down, crashed or been involved in crime.

We\’d love you to thrive as one of our recovery driver team who will be independent, patient and able to use your initiative, as well as being friendly and helpful.

This is what you\’ll be doing:

• Working with light or heavy vehicles – whichever suits you best
• Talking face-to-face with customers, sometimes in stressful circumstances
• Recovering broken-down vehicles to garages or dealerships
• Recovering vehicles involved in minor or major accidents
• Recovering vehicles involved in crime
• Using your initiative to resolve challenging situations

All of our vehicle recovery drivers have the following experience and personality:

• Some driving experience in and around London
• Remain calm, collected and serene in London traffic
• No more than one accident in the past two years
• Take pride in your appearance and your job
• Desire to have a professional driving career
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude

What we\’ll do for you:

• Give you top-notch recovery training (so no experience is necessary)
• Offer you the opportunity for further training and career development in areas like HGV recovery and specialist accident units

You need to have lived in the UK for the past five years.

Plus need to be able to pass a DBS check.

We recover more than 100,000 vehicles a year in London. We have contracts with the AA, RAC, Green Flag, police and other motoring organisations and insurance companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
