Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly in our Whetstone Depot.

About the Role

As a Transport Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning and managing daily transport operations. You’ll ensure timely deliveries, optimise routes, and act as the central point of communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule transport activities efficiently
  • Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues in real time
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure high service levels
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in transport management systems (preferred but not essential)
