Location: South Luffenham & Edit Weston, Rutland
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, 08.00 to 16.30, Monday to Friday (overtime available during peak periods)
Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team in South Luffenham and Edit Weston. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse by sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching orders. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-energy environment where quality customer service is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (depending on position) to safely and efficiently handle goods within the warehouse.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- Essential: Valid Forklift Licence (depending on position)
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are eager to contribute and learn.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high levels of customer service.
