CLEANING AREA SUPERVISOR.
Location : Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Payrate : £15.00 per/hour.
Part time.
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
CS Cleaning is looking for a motivated, organized and experienced Area Supervisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning operatives across multiple client sites.
- Carry out regular site visits and cleaning audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance and timekeeping.
- Organize holiday cover and arrange emergency staffing when required.
- Deliver training, guidance and support to cleaning operatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client feedback and complaints.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and stock levels.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Good knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH and health and safety procedures.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites.
