CS Cleaning is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to manage our cleaning team at a site in High Wycombe.
We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Supervisor who takes pride in maintaining excellent cleaning standards and leading a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise the daily cleaning operation on site.
- Allocate daily cleaning duties and ensure all tasks are completed.
- Monitor cleaning standards and carry out regular quality checks.
- Support, train and motivate cleaning operatives.
- Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping and performance.
- Ensure cleaning schedules and specifications are followed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, stock and chemical supplies.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day site cleaning matters.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Operations Management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and motivate a team.
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures and health and safety.
- Reliable, flexible and proactive approach.
- Good spoken and written English.
