Cleaning Area Supervisor in Milton Keynes

CLEANING AREA SUPERVISOR.

Location : Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

Payrate : £15.00 per/hour.

Part time.

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

CS Cleaning is looking for a motivated, organized and experienced Area Supervisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage cleaning operatives across multiple client sites.
• Carry out regular site visits and cleaning audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and timekeeping.
• Organize holiday cover and arrange emergency staffing when required.
• Deliver training, guidance and support to cleaning operatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client feedback and complaints.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and stock levels.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Good knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH and health and safety procedures.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites.
