Student Finance Consultant Who We Are: At Crystal & Co, we’re all about helping people achieve their goals. Based in Northwest London, we’re a growing company that offers services in adult education, from Construction Industry courses to university enrolment. We have a strong, friendly team where everyone is included. We help our staff grow by providing a great working environment and rewards for their hard work. The Role: We’re looking for a Student Finance Consultant to join our Student Recruitment Team. In this role, you’ll help students understand and manage the financial side of their education, making the process as smooth as possible. What You’ll Do: – Assist students in person, over the phone, or by email, explaining their finance options clearly and professionally. – Handle important documents and personal information carefully and stay organized. – Help students fill out finance forms and guide them through the funding process. – Keep accurate records and follow up to make sure everything stays on track. – Work closely with other team members to support students throughout their journey with us. We are looking for someone who is: – Well-organized and good at managing important documents. – Friendly and professional when helping people. – Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word. – A strong communicator in English (speaking Romanian or Russian is a bonus). – Experienced in a similar role—this is helpful but not required because we’ll provide full training.
