Job Description

  • Deliver and teach CSCS Level 1 Health & Safety courses to learners, ensuring high-quality training outcomes.
  • Manage CSCS Level 1 renewals (Renewals L1) efficiently and accurately.
  • Support and process NVQ registrations and maintain accurate learner records.
  • Administer CITB course bookings and documentation, ensuring compliance with awarding bodies.
  • Guide learners through the education and training process, including course enrolment and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operational workflows.

The role requires availability to work Sunday through Thursday, 5 days a week.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold an appropriate assessor qualification.
  • Possess a teaching qualification.
  • Proven ability to teach CSCS Level 1 courses.
  • Experience with CSCS, NVQ, and CITB administration.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, learner-focused approach.
  • Deadline-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality training standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is an advantage.
