As a prominent UK distributor, we focus on providing outstanding service to brokers managing complex mortgage cases and financial arrangements.
Role: This is a broad, hands-on digital role with real ownership of the Group websites, the digital customer journey, and their commercial performance. You’ll take responsibility for driving online revenues, continually looking at how the websites are trading, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer acquisition, data use and the progressing the effectiveness of our digital proposition. You will have oversight of the wider digital acquisition mix – managing PPC, SEO and social media, amongst other performance channels. You will have significant autonomy and will be expected to be heavily involved from the outset – analysing performance, recommending change, testing ideas and getting involved across different areas of digital and marketing, collaborating with operations as needed.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Own the digital customer journey and website commercial performance.
- Create, refine and execute the digital trading plan.
- Build and oversee automated inbound lead generation funnels.
- Collaborate with marketing to utilise targeted digital content to capture high converting leads.
- Use of data and insights to improve conversion, revenue and customer acquisition.
- Monitor behaviours and activity across acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Manage PPC, SEO and social media to maximise performance and ROI.
- Form strategic partnerships with fintech platforms, CRM providers, and sourcing engines to capture automated referral leads.
- Establish automated, seamless pipelines with major Directly Authorised networks and Appointed Representative mortgage clubs to systematically route their complex cases into the business.
- Design and manage referral loops with lenders to capture and onboard high-quality clients that fall just outside their lending criteria.
- Continually identify and implement opportunities to improve digital performance.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong online trading experience within both B2B and consumer-facing business.
- A commercial mindset with a track record of driving online growth.
- Good knowledge of digital acquisition channels including PPC and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills, confident in making data driven decisions and delivering change,
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to thrive with autonomy in an SME environment.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital lead generation management.
