Are you ready to embark on a journey in the world of childcare, travel, tourism and bring the mountains to life for our smallest Crystal Ski guests? If you can communicate with parents and suppliers in a professional manner whilst always remaining calm and in control with a reassuring smile this could be the winter job you are looking for.

After this date, there may be an opportunity to transfer to one of our beach destinations if you are interested.

About the Job:

You will create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 6 Months - 8 years which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. You ensure that our high standards for Childcare and Health & Safety guidelines are always followed, including the registration of the kids. You participate in weekly welcome meetings and end of week presentations. You will also liaise with ski school suppliers and hoteliers to make sure all needs are met. You ensure as well that the needs for all children are met from the point they are dropped off; getting them ready for ski school; planning afternoon activities; and making sure all the basics are covered like feeding and changing the younger children. You can easily build a rapport with parents and deliver daily feedback on their child’s day including progression feedback from their ski lessons.

About You:

  • Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.
  • Genuinely love and have experience of working with kids, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians/suppliers.
  • UK recognized or equivalent childcare qualification/education to work with 0–8-year-olds, ideally a valid paediatric First Aid Certificate.
  • Fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team.
  • Willingness to learn and commit, fully adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Hold or can obtain an EU passport and are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.
