ABOUT THE JOB
You deliver exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until departure ensuring everyone is happy. On transfer days, you will see off our departing guests and be ready to greet our new arrivals either at the airport or in resort, updating them in the event of delays and taking care of any special requirements and supporting in crisis situations.
Crystal Ski Rep - You will engage with Crystal Ski guests to understand their holiday needs, offering tailored advice, resolving complex issues, and selling ski passes, equipment, tuition, and après activities—using your expertise and supplier relationships to ensure they are fully prepared and ready for the mountain.
Crystal Ski Service Support Rep - You will handle complex, sensitive, or emergency issues for Crystal Ski guests both in person and digitally, while working closely with the Operations Team to coordinate transfers, special assistance, and supplier bookings. You’ll also manage weekly paperwork, including ski essentials and resort accounts, ensuring smooth processes through collaboration with back-office teams. You keep the content in our Crystal Ski Explorer App useful, up-to-date and engaging, and you make sure that our colleagues in our Contact Centre have all the latest information to support our guests remotely.

You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life. You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience.
Crystal Ski Rep - You also have digital know-how, are willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services. You will be proud to wear the Crystal uniform.
Crystal Ski Service Support Rep - You are confident using IT tools and systems, with strong proficiency in Excel and are willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services. You will be proud to wear the Crystal uniform. You confidently handle challenging situations, think on your feet, spot potential problems, and proactively provide solutions, all while staying organised and calm. You hold or can obtain an EU passport and are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful. Ideally, you enjoy driving overseas and you are confident to do so in snowy conditions.
