The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

We are a busy luxury florist based in Allerton Bradford and now opening a new branch in West Bradford. The new member of staff will initially be based at Bradford Allerton branch to start with and then move to West Bradford branch once the studio is ready. We offer unusual beautiful hand tied bouquets, funeral flowers, wedding designs, soy wax candles, plants, gifts and various workshops. A positive attitude & friendliness is key to our success within the local community.

We are looking for a part/full time experienced florist to join our vibrant & friendly team. The position starts with 15-20 hours per week and gradually increases to 20-40 hours per week.

You must have/be:

  • Excellent customer service and ability to communicate easily with our local customers.
  • A passion for flowers and unusual designs.
  • Ability to answer phone calls in a professional manner and take orders/payments.
  • Ability to make hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements and prepare planters and other arrangements.
  • A good knowledge of flowers and plants.
  • Experience creating all funeral designs and ability to learn and design unusual, woodland style funeral designs.
  • Ability to work within a team and individually.
  • Ability to run the shop by themselves when required.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: £9.00 to £12.00 per hour

Experience: 2 years

On street parking available in BD8 Allerton and West Bradford.
