Operations Manager in Hailsham

Great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join well established business. Reporting to the Managing Director the role will plan, direct lead and motivate transport, warehouse, purchasing, operations people and systems to improve productivity efficiency, service and safety. Developing the operations to support the business strategy and objectives. To maintain the fabric and equipment of the site including buildings and vehicles.

The successful applicant will have previous proven experience of working within a similar role managing a warehouse and transport function. Experience of WMS and ERP systems ideal along with good skills in Microsoft Office, leadership, management, communication, running projects and excellent customer service skills.
