About This Role

If you have experience in or are passionate about customer service and working in the fast-paced environment of football, we want to hear from you. You will be well presented, engaging and committed to meeting and allowing the entry of all guests to the stadium. You are approachable, hardworking and enjoy helping others with a smile, while keeping safety and security at the forefront of everything you do.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing an excellent service to Home/Away supporters.
  • Attending the match briefing as given by the Head of Ticketing and Turnstile Supervisor to understand the ticketing arrangements for each fixture.
  • Ensuring that the area around the turnstile where deployed is clear of obstructions and operates freely.
  • Reporting any obstructions, hazards or found articles to the Stand Supervisor immediately.
  • Reconciling turnstile admits, taking numbers from the turnstile counter and completing the turnstile docket.
  • Correctly operating the respective ticket scanning device.
  • Attending the required counting procedures following closure of the turnstile.
  • Complying with any instruction given by the Stand Supervisor.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by the line manager.
  • Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
