About this role: The position ensures all concourse kiosks, fan zones and public catering units are prepared, clean, compliant and ready for matchdays and events. The role focuses on operational readiness, compliance, porter coordination, Hub Leader support, and ensuring smooth matchday execution across the stadium.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, set up and complete pre-match readiness checks for all kiosks, bars and fan zone units, ensuring cleanliness, equipment functionality, signage, stock presentation and operational readiness.
  • Move between units during matchdays/events to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations, assisting with issue resolution and supporting end-of-day close-down to leave all areas secure, clean and compliant.
  • Ensure Hub Leaders receive all operational information, briefings, schedules, allocations and updates required for each matchday, while reinforcing operational standards and key messages.
  • Ensure Hub Leaders have the equipment, disposables and operational support required to run their units effectively, resolving issues relating to staffing, equipment, customer flow and compliance.
  • Collect, log and communicate feedback, operational issues and risks raised by Hub Leaders before, during and after events.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and housekeeping across all concessions, carrying out routine food safety, health & safety and pest control checks, liaising with contractors where required, and ensuring all kiosks remain audit-ready for EHO, Fire Safety and internal inspections.
  • Document and maintain licensing records, including refusals and ID checks.
  • Coordinate porter activities to ensure kiosks and work areas are cleaned to the required standard before, during and after events, including waste removal, floor cleanliness and general housekeeping.
  • Provide clear communication between kiosks, Hub Leaders and the management team, reporting maintenance issues, equipment faults, health & safety concerns and recurring operational risks requiring management action.
  • Complete and maintain operational checklists, compliance documentation and post-event reports.
  • Support equipment and stock organisation by communicating operational requirements without undertaking stock control duties.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
  • Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a catering, retail, stadium or events environment.
  • Understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures.
  • Ability to work across a large multi-unit site and manage multiple demands.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Experience supervising or supporting operational staff. (desirable)
  • Familiarity with EHO expectations, HACCP, or compliance-based work. (desirable)
  • Experience coordinating cleaning/porter teams. (desirable)
  • Hands-on, reliable and calm under pressure.
  • Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach.
  • Organised, methodical and consistent.
  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards across the stadium.
