Role Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor with solid foundations in immigration law who is looking to further develop their skills in a client-facing, commercially focused practice. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and partners to support corporate clients on all aspects of business immigration, including sponsor licensing, visa applications, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on:
  • Sponsor licence applications and renewals
  • Skilled Worker visa applications
  • Global Business Mobility and Expansion Worker routes
  • Business visitor guidance and right-to-work checks
• Assist with immigration audits and Home Office compliance matters.
• Prepare and submit a variety of UKVI applications and supporting documentation.
• Draft and review advice notes, client guidance, and internal firm resources.
• Stay up to date with developments in UK immigration law, policies, and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR and legal teams.
• Support the wider immigration and employment team on complex matters.
• Time record and manage billing in line with firm protocols.
